Campus Life

The mission of Campus Life is to compliment the education students at CTC receive in the classroom by enhancing their lives outside the classroom through campus involvement. Students are given the opportunity to join various organizations and clubs to compliment their postsecondary educational experience.

The Campus Life Office also provides students with the opportunity to get involved through community service. All recognized student organizations are required to perform at least one service project each year. All students are invited to participate in projects sponsored by Campus Life.

All Chattahoochee Technical College students pay a student activity fee. Currently, the fee is $16 per quarter.Student activity fees are used in many different ways throughout the year. Some of these are:

  • Campus-wide events such as the Fall Fest, Winter Fest, and Spring Fling
  • Student ID equipment and supplies
  • Funds for student organizations
  • Graduation ceremony
  • Student trips for district, state, and national competitions
  • GOAL program
  • Student Awards Day
  • Student Organizations at CTC
  • Student Honors
  • Student Winners at CTC

If you have questions or comments about our student organizations, campus events or getting involved on your college campus, contact Lyle Cartwright, Coordinator of Campus Life, at (770) 528-4426 or via e-mail at lcartwright@chattcollege.com.
